Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, confiscation of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
5.1 Prohibited Activities

Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 bt bhaji's Right to Suspend or Terminate
bt bhaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified third-party responsible gaming referral.
7.2 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. bt bhaji will send an email notification to the registered address 30 days before a dormancy fee becomes applicable. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from the dormant account balance each month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player through a successful login and identity re-confirmation. No dormancy fee will be applied to an account with a zero balance.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the bt bhaji platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion period. 8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt bhaji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, regardless of whether bt bhaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bt bhaji's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.2 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or hardware failure that affects game outcomes or account balances, bt bhaji reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. bt bhaji's determination of the correct pre-error balance shall be final and binding. bt bhaji is not liable for any winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error.
8.3 Dispute Procedure
Any dispute relating to gameplay, transactions, or account management must be submitted to bt bhaji's support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. 8.4 Indemnification
